The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

When booking a tour or purchasing a service from www.tourwithpraveensir.org , you agree to the following terms regarding payment and cancellations:

Tour Cost and Payment Schedule

Total Cost of the Tour

The standard cost of the tour is $2,600 USD per person.

• Early Bird Discount:
  • If you book and make payment on or before June 30, 2025, the total cost of the tour is $2,300 USD per person — you save $300 USD.
  • If you book after June 30, 2025, the tour cost is $2,600 USD per person.
• Advance Payment:
  A deposit of $500 USD is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining Balance:
  The remaining amount must be paid by October 1, 2025.
• Full Payment Option:
  You may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Note: Failure to pay the remaining balance by October 1, 2025 will result in the cancellation of your booking, and the advance payment will not be refunded.

Cancellations Before August 15, 2025:

If you cancel on or before August 15, 2025, the following deductions will apply:

• A 15% deduction from the total amount paid, including the advance payment.

• Any service charges incurred via Zee Service Money Transfer will also be deducted before processing the refund.

Cancellations After August 15, 2025:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

• If the client cancels the booking after August 15, whether only the advance or full payment has been made, no refund will be given.

• Additionally, if someone makes a payment (advance or full) after August 15, they will not be eligible for any refund in case of cancellation.

4. Package Inclusions

The tour package includes the following, regardless of the price paid:

• Transport during the tour
• Accommodation at top-rated hotels and resorts
• Meals throughout the tour
• Tickets for all scheduled local visits and attractions

Tour Package Pricing:

• $2,200 USD per person – For bookings made on or before June 30, 2025
• $2,600 USD per person – For bookings made after June 30, 2025

Please Note: The package does not include international arrival and departure tickets to and from India. These must be arranged separately by the participants.

5. Medical Insurance Requirement

It is mandatory for all participants to have valid medical insurance before participating in the tour. While proof of insurance does not need to be submitted to the Company, participants must have active coverage in place. The Company will not be held liable for any medical expenses or claims arising during or after the tour, whether caused by illness, accident, or other medical emergencies.

Note: In the unfortunate event of any mishap during the tour, the Company will not be held responsible under any circumstances.

6. Non-Transferable Bookings

Bookings made through www.tourwithpraveensir.org are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your booking or tour package to another person or change the names of participants without prior approval from the Company. Such requests may incur additional fees, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.

7. Changes to the Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or other safety concerns. In such cases, the Company will provide reasonable alternatives or adjustments, but these changes do not entitle participants to any refunds.

8. Liability Waiver

The Company acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers such as transportation services, accommodations, and tour guides. As such, the Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third parties or any unforeseen circumstances during the tour.

Participants agree to waive any claims against the Company and its employees or agents for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the tour.

9. Personal Conduct and Responsibility

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs during the tour. Any conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe by the Company or its representatives may result in removal from the tour without a refund. The Company will not be responsible for any legal consequences or fines incurred by participants as a result of misconduct or illegal activities.

10. Travel Documentation and Visas

It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain and maintain valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits. The Company is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or cancellations resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political instability, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the Company will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives, but refunds are not guaranteed.

All content on www.tourwithpraveensir.org , including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials from the Website is prohibited without the express written consent of the Company.
